「Communication wasn't there at all called office 3 times Friday afternoon left a message and no answer and no call back」

The one good thing they had going for him is they did refund my money All except for the money that I had to pay on Expedia so I was out 20 bucks and I had to find somebody at the last minute that had a pool and/ or a hot tub.」

「Clean and nice room.」
