「Room was not clean. Trash on floor, between bed and night stand, sticky bathroom floor (mopped up w wet bath mat-black residue all over mat), visible smears of unidentifiable gunk on night stand and desk. Worn paint and upostery. Un identifieable substance stuck to wall of shower. Pool was filthy, set next too a tarped over hot tub, full of stagnant, algae scum water. Weeds growing around pool area. Rquested an extra night at check in, but was locked out of room on my pm return, with fornt desk...

「Damp, musty smell. Carpet should be removed. I wonder if the upstairs units are the same? I'd like a lake view next time. I will be coming bk in Sept for an extended stay & would like a Lake view.」

「We did not say because we rented the room specifically for the pool and the hot tub use over the weekend and when we got there they did not have a pool or a hot tub it was false advertisement I was very disappointed. The one good thing they had going for him is they did refund my money All except for the money that I had to pay on Expedia so I was out 20 bucks and I had to find somebody at the last minute that had a pool and/ or a hot tub.」
