「Our stay was great! Comfy beds, all was clean. No unwanted guests! Our room could use a little updating. Our tub faucet was not attached to the shower wall, so you had to be careful when you pulled the knob up to use the shower head. We had RSVP'd ourselves to the end room stay, for quietness from any others. The building location was great; right beside all of the festival weekend activities. We sat on the porch of our room to hear music, etc. The breakfast was what was stated. There was a...

「We booked this stay for our anniversary, and the experience was very disappointing. At check-in, we were told there was no parking near our building due to events and were directed to a distant grass lot. We were also charged an unexpected $39 “lodge fee” that wasn’t disclosed at booking. The desk clerk gave us incorrect directions to our room. After walking around with our luggage and carrying it up stairs (no elevator), we still couldn’t find it. Calls to the office went unanswered....

「This is a smallish Hotel but it is big on charm, Location and amenities. It is right across from the mountain coaster and walking distance to all of the fun of Helen Georgia. I really enjoyed my stay there and they made us feel special.」

「Not handicap friendly in any way. 2 handicap parking spots for entire property. 1at resort and one at golf area. One at resort taken up alot iof time by valet staff with cars with no placard or license plate. Lots of hills, steps. They charge extra $35 per day to use "amenities" which are down hills, steps and poorly maintained. View is beautiful but everything else needs work.」

「The resort is very nice and cozy and we had a great time! I will definitely go back and stay there and would recommend it to anyone. The staff was AWESOME!!! This place really beats staying in hotel and the price is reasonable. My granddaughter loved the playground! Tina and Dennis thank you again for all your help!!!」
