「The staff are friendly and always wear a big smile. The room is big though a bit dark and worn, but it's still cozy to stay. There's a restaurant inside the hotel. The food are average but at least convenient. 」

「體驗膠囊旅館，地點在Launceston 市區，附近有停車場，便宜的停車場可以詢問櫃台人員，路邊停車星期日及假日不收費。膠囊內部、浴室，整體都很乾淨。膠囊裡有附耳塞，在內部也是會聽到其他人走動聲音，在意噪音的人可以多考慮，但整體而言不會吵。有廚房及冰箱，可以做簡單的餐點，附近有Woolworths可採買食物。值得推薦給大家體驗膠囊旅館。」

「really luxury room and beddings reasonable price and I stayed for 2 nights really wanna stay longer. The television here is the best one that I have ever seen in all the hotels where I've lived. The only thing that I hope to improve is no microwave oven. definitely come back ！」
