「Room was large and comfortable. Only drawback was the number of flights of stairs necessary to get to it. Hotel was very convenient to get to the Mall and it was on a road that transport could drive up to the front door which is often not the case with other hotels in Darjeeling.」

「Food was very good and cheaper. Hotel was very nice. Only bad thing was that the towel was too old and dirty. Rest other things were fantastic.」

「The property was not very clean. Staff was sleepy and didn’t respond well to our phone calls. No toilet paper. No elevator to take us to the hotel on the third floor. Definitely not worth the money we paid for.」

「Positives: Room was clean and comfortable. Good ambience and view just outside the room. Negatives: Communication issues with some of the staff (don't understand English). Hotel has no restaurant, only a kitchen, so you have to order your meals beforehand. This was not communicated properly. Room service did not pick up the phone at 6:30 am. 」
