「The staff members were kind. Room service requests were met promptly. There was issue with breakfast booking. But that was sorted once evidence was provided on arrival. There were some additional development fee charged on arrival. For driver, separate booking was requested: per night Rs 600-700 for shared room. This information was missing in the booking page. 「Hi team,
We booked this hotel through Expedia and had a confirmed reservation, but on arrival the hotel denied our booking.
Despite showing the confirmation, we were refused a room with no solution offered.
This was extremely stressful as I was traveling with two small children (1 and 4 years old).
We booked in advance to avoid last-minute trouble, but faced the opposite.
A very disappointing, embarrassing, and unacceptable experience—strongly not recommended」
