「Very accommodating staff! Needed a ground floor room near exit door to bring in large luggage and they fulfilled request with no problem. Clean room. Appreciated shampoo/conditioner/lotion dispensers instead of wasteful small containers. Good breakfast including egg/sausage patties with biscuits, and, of course, waffles. Will definitely stay again next year. 」

「A comfortable stay, neat and clean, no complaints really. The window could be better equipped to prevent the street noise especially we were on the 2nd floor and next to the street side, it could be noisy sometimes due to passing traffic.」

「They say breakfast included and buffet in all photos but when you get there it’s 15 dollar credit on a menu that only has two times on it under that. Not kid friendly food. Drinks are not included except coffee. All you get is well they changed it ten months ago and we don’t know why they will not change the website and update it. Reached out to Expedia and they said well you got vouchers from breakfast so what’s the problem. So no real solution. But I have kids and was expecting a buffet for my...

「1. A smoking room was assigned to me and the staff told me it was my only choose ==> very bad experience in my stay of 5 days. 2. The air-conditioner was very noisy and I hardly can falling sleep. 」

「Pretty dirty and not the nicest area, get what you pay for. They do have a nice grassy area for dogs, next to a trail for running. Might have gotten a dirtier room since we had a pet. 」
