"The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and pretty clean; so are other facilities (hallways, lobby, etc.) as expected for this 5 stars rated hotel. The hotel is in very good area (safety, walkable, nearby attractions) of district 1. We will definitely consider to stay at this hotel on our next VN trip."

"I had chance to talk to Thuy, the manager to understand all the pain points that they are facing. Thuy was super nice and went through all my point of reviews. All reviews were noticed and listened so I can say staffs were excellent at handling customer. The long waiting of elevator is the key that affects the most when staying here comfortably. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great breakfast menu and great staffs like Thuy, Xuan and other securities always welcome us. "

"This is a brand new definitely five star restaurant with an excellent buffet in the morning not to be missed. The rooms are modern in every sense with fantastic views of the Han River. There are two pools one on the top of the 45th floor with a fantastic view of the city. Occasion was good and we will stay there again."

"Large clean room with full kitchenette. We enjoy the rooftop pool and happy hour at the rooftop as well. They do not provide transfers from domestic terminal unless you take a transfer bus to the international terminal which was odd. Otherwise good service but the area close to airport is definitely not like staying in the old or French quarter. "
