「We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi.」

「服务非常非常好，尤其是楼下的接待，她非常细心耐心地介绍信息，这是我在中国从未遇到过的。位置就在还剑湖旁边，非常方便，同时距离最繁华的街道也就四五十米，闹中取静。房间总体比较安静，因为就在还剑湖旁边，周末还能听到外面的噪音，但晚上10点以后基本就安静了。餐厅很棒，服务也很好，苏利，风景也很美。推荐。」

「今次旅程主要住在舊城區這間酒店，房間算是寬敞，當然說不上豪華，但勝在交通方便，好多景點都可以行到去，職員服務態度良好，很好的住宿體驗。」

「Hotel breakfast is great and variety choices. Location bit far from downtown and very few free shuttle from hotel to downtown. Would be great to have more shuttle buses at different time. 2 free bottles of water daily. 」
