「We drove by The grand American and thought it was our hotel so we got a little disappointed coz the hotel is a few cottages on the outside, not particularly appealing. But the lobby is grand and the room is spacious, as shown in the photos. We love the double sinks. 」

「I found 7 long hairs on my bed cover. The bed sheet was not changed.」

「I stayed here for a work assignment. I work graveyard and early morning (2am) shifts. The property was very quiet and private. My room was clean, and the bed was really comfortable. My assignment was extended an extra day last minute, and the staff was exceedingly helpful, booking an extra night without any difficulty. I would definitely stay here again. 」

「The room was clean and the elevator was very convenient. I like their laundromat, it’s easy to use and the price is good although talking me time to figure out where it was.」
