「The phone didn’t work and asked multiple people to fix it due to the clips being broke. The power went out. I couldn’t get to the front desk and kept directing me to the spa. I had to use my cell phone to try to reach each department in the hotel the whole time. It was a bad experience. Staff had us running around and misdirecting us!」

「Hotel staff was warm and friendly upon check in. Appreciated that. Hotel stay was quiet and there was plenty of parking.」

「No elevator, had large bags up the stairs.」

「After a long day, we stay in Hyatt House hotel. Everything is excellent. Comfort bed with a lovely kitchen and clean bathroom. I will give 10/10 to this hotel. 」

「It was kind of a dated room. Also the jets in the tub weren’t working and the front desk didn’t seem to care. Overall it was an uneventful experience lace to stay for the big price tag. Won’t be coming back.」

「Easy access from the hwy, good location. The beds/mattresses are about ready to be replaced.」
