「There was a moving van backed up to the building where our balcony overlooked. It was overflowing with broken toilets, construction garbage, and beer cans. 」

「It took 30 minutes to check in. Staff was stressed and unprofessional. Hotel smelled bad, first room smelled like cigarettes. Second room smelled like kitty litter. Had to change rooms due to first room not being able to lock. This process took an additional hour due to understaffing. Bedding was thin and uncomfortable. For the price this was a terrible experience. 」

「The staff was very kind and the room was okay. My only complaints were there was a very loud train nearby and the floors were really gross. We weren’t able to take our shoes off and when we did fresh out of the shower when we didn’t know, our feet were black. 」
