「Very cozy place that was a perfect distance to get to downtown Spencerport or some of the other restaurants down Ridge Road. Very clean room with an updated bathroom. It isn't a large room, but it was perfect for what we needed.」

「Hotel and room were clean. The only problems was the small things . I ordered a small microwave to the room and they delivered it and dirty with dried stuff on the microwave table inside the bathroom. There was only two small packages for a shower cap and that was it only two small cups for a bedroom that holds four people it seems like they were tight on a budget.」

「This hotel is a real mixed bag. My room itself was good. Mostly clean, aside from some mysterious brown liquid that dripped from the breaker box and was never cleaned up. The bed was comfy, the AC ran strong, the fridge is full size. One of the stove burners didn't work, but there are two so that's fine. The elevator is in need of cleaning, the floor was sticky for my entire stay. The biggest issue was during check in. They do not keep someone at the front desk full time so you have to...

「This is a run down hotel, no maintenance at all, no support for non working fridge, no room clean up in a 4 weeks stay. Not a safe place to stay, sketchy people and police on the premises several times.
