We lived everything. Clean rooms, supportive and responsive staff, and an excellent location made our stay most enjoyable. Kassia and Brianna were amazing! Thanks to everyone!

Very clean with towel replacement, garbage emptied, bathroom tidied… The air conditioner was excellent which was appreciated give the excessive temperatures. Refrigerator worked well. I was given several bottled waters upon request. Coffee was available first thing in the morning. Managers were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Spruce Motel. Gina from Massena and Mike were amazing! Great environment and Gina bakes the best donuts! They really made my buddy and I feel like family. I highly recommend the Blue Spruce if your in Massena, NY
