"The property has a lot offer in summer. We went during winter. Rooms are falling apart, dirty and more. Staff wasn't friendly. There no breakfast included as advertised. During summer yes. An updated web site would have been nice. I would have stayed at another one. Price for my stay was rediculous seeing as it was regular rate for summer. Never again. We found nicer places for less after so next time will stay somewhere else that will have breakfast included no matter the season"

Breakfast area has ONE table, an odd odor, and was VERY minimal with prepackaged danish, communal pack of cream cheese to serve from, no peanut butter, really cheap package of white bread and really cheap white bagels.
