We went there for our wedding anniversary and the hotel was perfect. The suite view was amazing, we could see the highway and cars moving lights , it was beautiful at night. The staffs were amazing and welcoming, although we stayed only for the couples nights, when we requested that our suite be cleaned and refurnished after the first night, they did it instantly. The location was peaceful and quiet and great free indoor self or valet parking as well. I would definitely recommend. The only downside is that there were only 2 proteins option at the hotel’s breakfast table other than that, we really enjoyed our stay at the Homewood Suites hotel and we will be back for sure.

The hotel is well maintained, beautiful lobby.

The location is ideal as it is very close to the Westchester Mall. The staff was always courteous and friendly from the front desk, the dining staff, and housekeeping. The parking is free and the hotel has been kept in very good shape.

We were checking in around 6:30 on a Wed. I called for help with parking and the staff directed me to the parking garage over the supermarket across the street, but it said it closes at 10 pm and cars left would be booted. The traffic was very dense and we called back and a staff member went out back of the hotel, where there are a few parking spaces. He said one was open and directed us to the parking lot behind the hotel. He was comforting to me when I had never visited the Bronx before. I was pleased for the warm welcome.

Secluded, clean, quiet

Wonderful little place. Clean. Welcoming. Would go back there again, no question. 1 little odd thing though...you have to pay extra to use the pool. Would be ticked off if I wanted to use the pool.

Hotel was clean and modern. Lobby had snacks and drinks. Water on all floors. Friendly staff. Will return
