「all was great」

「非常满意！酒店前台为我安排的房间很好！是套房！有浴缸！而且尤其是早餐！很丰富！很多食物可以选择我！如果其它同样的连锁酒店都像这间一样就好了」

「The room was clean and in good condition. The AC barely worked and what sounded like the fridge was making horrible sounds. The shower head had good pressure but terrible water distribution. Lots of crying kids and barking dogs, and overall just a ton of noise from the hotel systems overall. Bed was pretty comfy and the pillows were great. Main reason for 3 stars overall is due to the excessive noise made by the hotel itself which made it hard to sleep and the AC having a very hard time cooling...

「我在网上订的是一个房间两张床，他们竟然给的是一张床的房间，跟前台交涉他们竟然把责任推给网站，好说歹说搞了半天，才给我们换了一个房间，另外一个加钱给他们都不给换，要不是外面下着大雨，我们早就换另外一家了，进了房间地毯颜色看过去又脏又旧，床上的毯子都结成一粒粒的球，房间的空调又老又旧，声音又大。床垫的弹簧都往中间部位塌陷，建议你们出来旅游，不要花了钱还要受这闲气」

「Very helpful staff. They are renovating some areas, but there is no construction debris lying around like you usually see with hotel renovations. Room was clean. Everything was in good working condition. Lots of hot water. Extra blanket in the closet if needed, which is rare these days. There were decent toiletries in the bathroom, which was nice since I left mine in the car & didn't feel like going back out. I do like that the place is pet-friendly for folks traveling with a pet, but the only...
