「My room was next to the street on first floor and I can hear the car noise all night. Had to use ear plugs to sleep. And only realized on day 2 that there is no daily cleaning service as this is an apartment hotel. The overall experience was not up to expectations given the high rating. 」

「The room was clean but the bathroom needed a deeper clean, especially the shower. We had one tea cup in our room, requested another one early in the morning, returned late in the afternoon and had to request a cup again at reception. The rubbish bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied and there was one tea bag for 2 people. A notice informed us to wash up glasses and tea cups but there was no drainer or tea towel. It's nice to swim in the swimming pool, and it'll be better if the adjacent jacuzzi works. Overall speaking, booking a room with...

「okay and okay 」

「PROPRE CALME ADEQUAT」

「Habitación limpia Instalaciones muy bonitas Transporte público cercano」

Very close to Toulouse train station , just 5 minutes walk. Surrounding environment are safe and clear, with lot of restaurants and grocery store. About 15 minutes, you can reach Capitol of Toulouse. The hotel is the center of Toulouse, you can easily go to the parks, shopping area. If you have time, take...
