"We only stayed here one night, we wish we had stayed longer. Very nice hotel in a very nice small town. The pool was amazing, very clean and spacious. Everything was amazing, the staff was very helpful! The room was comfortable and clean, the bed was very comfortable. Thank you!"

"PropriĂ©tĂ© bien situĂ©e pour faire un arrĂȘt sur le canal. Il n’y a cependant rien Ă  faire Ă  proximitĂ© (1 seul restaurant mais fermĂ© lors de notre passage) et rien Ă  visiter en particulier. Le site du bord du canal est trĂšs reposant. Les chambres sont propres, sans confort particulier (pas d’air conditionnĂ© ni centralisateur). "Despite arriving late and the automatic key machine not working, we were checked in very quickly and the service at this very friendly hotel was great. The rooms are AMAZING: lots of character and high quality finish. Thank god for the Air Conditioning! This was the best quality room we stayed in during our 14 day, 12 different hotels, road trip!"

In its current state the Chateau is about 3/4 of its former size as one of the former owners lost his luck and simply sold his part brick wise. "Place is in a sorry condition, as soon as you hit the stairs you notice a weird stench, the building is old, I can hear the neighbors every time they walk around or flush the toilet. Not sure what was happening during my stay but there were doors being slammed repeatedly all afternoon. However, the place is equipped to accommodate cyclists and their bikes in the form of a dedicated secure storage space. For the price I would have expected the room to be better equipped and the place to be better...
