"We had a wonderful stay. The on dining options were delicious and not overly expensive. The room was nice and comfortable. The only thing I would complain about was that while the room was clean, you could definitely tell it had been used many, many times. Updating things like the shower pan and the soap holders is overdue. "

"The hotel is lovely and the staff were friendly. The room was large, clean and comfortable. It had no windows, I'm guessing because we were on a lower floor, but that didn't bother us. As with a lot of hotels in the US, it is quite noisy in the room. We were opposite the lifts (elevators!) and heard all the conversations of everyone all night (very clearly!) and the dings as the lift arrived - so wasn't the best nights sleep. A lot of hotels in the US seem to be like this and have poor noise...
