「Parte del personal no atenta al servicio del cliente, se molestaban cuando se les solicitaba algo, la habitación con animales, encontré 2 cucarachas y un 100 pies, no estaba del todo limpia y para terminar la habitación que me dieron era la que tenía balcón y daba exactamente a la ventana de una casa donde no pude tener con mi familia privacidad en lo absoluto.」

「The room we booked was more spacious, it definitely had a different layout, however, the room we got was very small, it was difficult for two people move in the room. Very uncomfortable and no AC. There’s a fan noisy as much as the pump servicing the pool twice a day, which was very very loud, worse because the truck pumping was parked right outside our window. It’s a very cute property, well located, but the cons were stronger than the pros.」
