「La villa est splendide. Mais le spa, la jolie piscine, le restaurant de la plage et le karaoke étaient fermés. Le personnel ne parle pas un très bon anglais pour le standing proposé. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas incroyable et le restaurant propose une carte sans choix (et rien de végétarien). Obligé de commander un room service (pour des sandwich au fromage pour dîner), les plats n'ont jamais été débarrassés avant notre départ. 「Dislike the location. Dislike the toilet and I was given a different room for what I asked for during bookings. I cancelled my booking and leave.」

「Have stayed at this building many times, this host is very annoying, so many messages just to get our entry card details from the post box which is normally a super simple process via other host. Then after the stay is complete again it took them so many days till they eventually refund our deposit. Just annoyed because they basically didn't have responsibility. 」

「距離關丹市區大約半小時車程，約10分鐘車程即可到Cherating Beach，對於夜間安排了夜探海龜行程的遊客來說，是個相當適合落腳的地點。 就外觀及公共區域來看，算是個非常優質的服務式公寓。但在客房的保養及維護上，還有著非常大的努力空間。 我們選擇了3房2廳的客房，房內的設備及廚房內的餐具相當齊全，但在House Keeping方面仍需加強： 1. 房內還有著之前房客使用過的浴巾。 2. 對於房內備品的準備缺三忘四，還得請前台通知工作人員補齊。 3. 浴室排水孔的排水速度非常非常非常緩慢。 4. 對外窗有窗鎖已損壞，窗戶無法密合，導致夜晚會有許多蚊蟲進入房內。 5. 白色的枕套及床包有著相當明顯的黃色垢斑。 除此之外，各樓層間的隔音非常差，如遇有孩童在屋內跑跳或是推拉桌椅，皆會有巨大的聲響。容易因為聲響而被影響睡眠的人要慎重考慮。」
