We needed towels in our room and for pool was told there should be some for pool area however they weren’t so I had to go to desk to get some and had to wait in line for 20 minutes to even ask for one and then they didn’t have any available there as well so I ended up waiting for 45 minutes for a towel just to go swimming for 15 minutes. "I stay here every time im in the area. The staff here go above and beyond to make your stay perfect for you, they are very friendly and they can recommend place to eat and places to go. The hotel is clean and the place is very close to everything. You are 10 minutes from Akron Canton airport and about 15 to 20 minutes from pro football hall of fame.
