"The hotel located near the childern hospital and within 10-15mins walking distance of the city centre. Room price was fair and clean. However, there were limited amenities available in the premise. One thing really bugged me was that the staff working there ( both reception and F&B) did not have unified uniform. Some female staff, as I recalled, were even having their long hair flowing down to the waist without being tight up while touching food items, utensils and serving us breakfast. I am not sure how the managements see HACCP standard in this particular Holiday Inn, but it was a definite NO ! This really puts me off in going there again even though the reception staff were genuinely friendly during my stay! "
