「I had a great stay at the Norma Dan Motel. The staff was genuinely kind, friendly, and welcoming, going out of their way to make sure guests felt comfortable. The motel was very clean and well cared for, which made the stay even better. It’s clear that the team takes pride in providing a great experience. I would definitely recommend staying here!」

「The check-in process and check-out process was fantastic and the staff was extremely informative about the property. Breakfast was phenomenal each morning and was well maintained by the workers on shift. Finally, the amenities were great with the balcony and communal pool/fire pit area being excellent as well. Tough to find a better property compared to Twin Mountain Inn and Suites, so let the staff and property accommodate your Pigeon Forge expedition!」

「Overall this was a 4.9. I’d come again. Just wish they had updated tv’s. Ones where you can enjoy the cable they offer or the ability to stream. Which they didn’t but other than that ( which is stupid to say ). They also have the longest pool hours I’ve ever seen!」
