"Disorganized check in. In spite of making reservations in mid May and phoning to confirm before arrival, we were told there was no room available. A vehicle took us to a substandard flea bag without pillows. We refused. Back at the hotel, communication was poor. Lots of loud arguments. Eventually they put us in a room. No toilet paper. AC failed within one hour. Could not sleep. We departed the next morning and sought other options. Very disappointed "

"Great stay. It is a unique and beautiful property at the heart of the old city. Easy access to most of the tourist sites. The room is perhaps a bit sparse against the price, but you're paying for the art and a great view out over the ocean."

"To be honest everything. The room was full of dead ants when we arrived, including on the bed which we had to clean ourselves. And during the day, the water turned off and when we called reception, they were briefly rude and abruptly ended the call. The restaurant’s food was terrible as well and overpriced, we asked for a menu and did not receive one and were charged buffet price for left over food (which we didn’t even get to choose).
