「Accueil terrible ! Je pense avoir été victime de racisme ! Des gérants blancs et une clientèle visiblement blanche… A ma grande surprise, je n’ai pas pu bénéficier de ma réservation. Lorsque je suis arrivée à la réception de cet auberge pour le Check in, le gérant m’a indiqué avec impolitesse et avec une attitude dénigrante, hautaine et déplacée qu’il n’a jamais fait affaire avec Expedia mais uniquement avec EBooking. Il a ajouté qu’il s’agit certainement d’une fraude et qu’il ne pouvait rien...

「Mein Aufenthalt im Casa Coco war in jeder Hinsicht außergewöhnlich. Schon bei der Ankunft wurde ich von einem freundlichen Team empfangen, das mir das Gefühl gab, sofort willkommen zu sein. Das Personal an der Rezeption war stets hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer übertraf meine Erwartungen. Es war sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Ausblick war atemberaubend und hat jeden Morgen zu einem besonderen Erlebnis gemacht. Die Betten waren zudem äußerst bequem, sodass ich hervorragend geschlafen...
