「Great travel hotel from Texas to Chicago.」

「Room was dirty, there was hair on the wall in the shower, the shower tub was disgusting, the floor was dirty. Breakfast was average nothing great」

「When I stay at hotels I like to find hotels like this one for the $$$ value . This hotel was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Room 237 . I didn’t hear any interstate noise . I didn’t eat the breakfast but the coffee was very good . I would stay here again .」

「I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I checked in, there was a strong, unpleasant odor throughout the property that made it uncomfortable to even be in the room. It’s clear that the hotel is in serious need of renovation and better upkeep. The cleanliness was especially concerning. The room did not appear to have been properly cleaned, and the bedsheets seemed unchanged from the previous guest, which is completely unacceptable. Basic hygiene...

「Really did not enjoy the stay」

「New and very well positioned hotel along the river. Easy parking, and check in. Most amenities unavailable on a Tuesday, private club to join for Casino, bar. And outside the confines of the hotel there was a strong smell of smoke from the Casino. Huge room on 6th floor, with great view of river, river traffic and the lighted bridge to the south. Walked downtown waterfront to find food.」

「Dirty sheets. Shower didn’t drain」

「Sorry to say but the garbage in bathroom had not been picked up before we got there. And the coffee provided was stale dated and stale when I made it. That was a bummer first thing in the morning! The room was comfy and clean to the max besides!」

The food selection was limited and the quality was disappointing. Other than breakfast, the hotel experience was good.」
