「Saubere und gepflegte Unterkunft und sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Sehr viele Parkmöglichkeiten rund um das Hotel herum. Fußläufig am Bahnhof gelegen. Gutes Frühstück. 」

「Ein wirklich tolles 5-Sterne-Hotel! Der Service war exzellent, das Zimmer komfortabel und sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten, wie kleine Unstimmigkeiten beim Check-in, könnten noch optimiert werden, aber das hat den positiven Gesamteindruck nicht getrübt. Ich komme definitiv wieder!」

「Can't receive wifi on the bed but it is great on the sofa and Lobby. When you take a shower the water suddenly cold for 10 second then remain normal and then suddenly hot for 10 second. You need to take a fast shower in this hotel. The house keeper (who is a lady) didn't knock my room door and open my door in the morning after my breakfast before the check out time 45 mins when she see me then she just close my door without a word. 「We really liked our room, it was modern, clean & the communal kitchen & complimentary bottled water was a plus. The beds were comfy and the room was well equipped for our toddler and baby, with a baby changing table, potty and step. The staff couldn't do enough to accommodate us, especially as my partner had a dairy allergy, they contacted the bakery for allergens and made him fried eggs as the eggs usually on offer contained dairy. Our only niggle (which the guest house can't do anything about)...

「Wunderbares Hotel zum Entspannen mitten im Schwarwald. Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Tolles ausgiebiges Frühstücksbuffet. Abendessen und ab 15 Uhr Kaffee und Kuchen auf Wunsch möglich. Küche sehr lecker. Kleines Schwimmbad und Sauna vorhanden, wie Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel ohne Extragebühren. Alles sehr sauber und das komplette Personal sehr nett und aufmerksam. Jederzeit gerne wieder.」
