「Late late evening arrival, room upgrade AWESOME … power not working in outlets by the bed … had to move rooms … after midnight for all said and done and man I was tired. Complimentary shower items are always awesome but thank goodness I stopped and grab some because there were two bottles of conditioner and one shampoo. Some travelers rely on those amenities.
