「We were here from 23 to 27 January 2023 and enjoyed our stay very much! Routa was perfect! The location was away from light and the glass windows were so clean, we could stay inside and step outside to take pictures when aurora arrived. We saw aurora on Day 1, 3 and 4, i.e. a 75% chance. We used our private sauna every day, so relaxing. And we ordered afternoon tea every day, yummy and affordable. We tried the fireplace as well, it looked gorgeous in pictures. 「所有工作人員服務都很好，從前台，禮賓部到餐廳等等，包括溫泉的都是服務得很好 但是很多地方在維修，而且是非常大面積的， 還有泳池沒有開放 ，知道八月份沒有開放泳池真的有理說不清， 行政酒廊有沒有開放， 然後賣四千元一間套房， 真的很不值得，如果不是價格的話，設備又配不上這個價錢， 其他都很好的」

「Overall the property is is unique location or i could say outstanding location where you will never find a place like Lapota in the middle of nature. One thing i didnt like is the staff hygiene in which the bar tender is washing the glass with water only and serving the drink to the next customer.
