I also had an issue checking in as the card activation didn’t work, so I had to call. I might be sensitive when it comes to customer service, however I believe a staffed reception is part of a hotel experience. "

"We arrived late in the evening and was greeted by a super friendly staff member with whom we later had great conversations with in the bar. We loved this place! The location was convenient and had uncovered parking, the breakfast buffet was super tasty, the room was very comfortable, and again- the staff was the best! Will definitely return!"
