「We came 2 hours earlier than check in time, hotel staff went out of their way finding rooms for us. We were given rooms with balcony and a beautiful view at a high floor. Great service. 」

All staff in general, and shout out especially to Rizki at the reception desk who assigned us room with wonderful view, and Aulia at the breakfast room who went extra mile to respond to our feedback on salty food and spoiled fruit, and talked to the chef. The day after these things improved. Wonderful!」

「The hotel is very centrally located and you can walk to many cafes and restaurants. The service was always friendly and the staff very helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel is very outdated and is in desperate need of renovation. Some rooms are obviously already being renovated as well. 」

「Une surprise pour un 3*. Nous avons pris une chambre non fumeur mais elle sentait beaucoup la cigarette. L'abattant des toilettes était dégueulasse avec des traces partout. Le bureau avait des tâches visqueuses de sauce et les luminaires poussièreuses, des trous sur les draps etc ... L'hôtel semble très mal entretenu et les chambres mal nettoyées 」
