"There was a very strong smell of bleach in the room. At first I thought it was maybe from the pool but the poolside room my daughter was in did not have that smell. The odor was strong enough to cause burning in my nostrils. There was a piece of food that had been left under the desk but other than that the room was fine. "

"We were in a room with a queen bed and pullout sofa bed and when we pulled out the sofa bed we found a cell phone, necklace and a couple tennis ball under the bed. So you know it has not been cleaned under there for a while. When I stripped the bed I did notice some orange stains all over the mattress cover. Other than that, it is a wonderful stay when you’re with a large group of people, the common area is great for hanging and socializing. "
