「Staff were very friendly, supportive and very welcoming. I activated "don't disturb" by mistake, returned late and room wasn't clean, I asked them to make my room and they sent me very polite man who cleaned the room and gave real attention. The room is very nice, very modern and very comfortable. Thanks for your service 」

「Great hotel. Loft room was excellent. A large room with great views of the city. Whole of the hotel was spotless with cleaning constantly taking place. The reception team were really helpful and friendly and dealt with all of our requests and enquiries. The Beach Club was a nice bonus - free access and a complementary shuttle service. Food at breakfast and dinner was of a very good standard. 」

「事先聯繫請飯店安排機場接機，飯店回覆OK，等到機場沒有飯店的人服務，其他業者幫忙聯繫，到飯店的接送服務收費比一般車資昂貴許多。對旅客極不公平。」
