Beautiful hotel, on a little beach with a cool beach club. Very clean. The staff is amazing, everybody was so courteous and helpful, especially Amir at the front desk and the host lady at the breakfast place. Loved my stay and would recommend it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an excellent stay at Grand Hyatt Doha – Valentina and Stefania. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The room was spotless at all times, with daily cleaning and no missing amenities whatsoever. The room itself was very spacious and had a stunning view over the garden and lagoon, with the city and high-rise buildings visible in the background — truly beautiful. The hotel staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always willing to help us with anything we needed. We felt very well looked after throughout our entire stay. ( Thank you, Sagor) The restaurants offer a wide variety of cuisines, suitable for all tastes and nationalities, so there is always something to choose from. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone and would happily return.

Cracking hotel

A spacious hotel with a lovely outlook to the water providing good beach and pool facilities at a reasonable price. Its location provides an easy commute back to the City or even to the Lusail International circuit. The food was excellent offering a good breakfast and then a choice of other authentic restaurants…we particularly enjoyed the Thai food.

It was a wonderful stay at grand Hyatt hotel everyone is so kind thank you my stay was better because of the staff. It’s a very clean and peaceful place if I comeback to Doha for sure I’ll book it again

The Club room option I took was very handy with the breakfast, 11am availability of drinks and snacks and a small but more than adequate meal selection from 6-8pm for a starter, main and desert/cheese and wine/beers etc. Lucy and Prakriti very helpful in the Club lounge, thank you. Would be good for the food options to be available until 9pm in the Club room. Beach and main pool were OK, although the sun is somewhat obscured by nearby tall buildings part way through the afternoon (maybe this is a good thing?!)

The hotel, and the surronding was very good. The staff was great. The staff, in the club-lounge was amazing. We would like to name the lovely Rovina Bikram. She was unbelively.

Great central location. Staff check-in, room service, housekeeping all professionals and first class! Do not use the cheap plastic highchairs in Santa Monica Restaurant for child over 1 year old. Overall good experience will return and recommend.

Wonderful team and service. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is great, you can have it outside despite the heat or some idiots smoking next to you. October wasn’t too bad to enjoy breakfast outside. Next to the hotel you have the Lagoona mall which is very convenient. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will come again.
