「The room at first night was small and there’s serious problem with the shower, the sewer was clogged and water flowed over all over the room all the way to the downstairs, we had to request to change to another room. Swimming pool at rooftop was not well maintained so the water looks not clean. 」

「Had no no view to the beach the AC was perfect. Excellent but the elevator needs some adjustments is not working properly. The sensors on the door almost knocked us down twice and I have an artificial knee so that does not help. !! There was no no ice available at the hotel we needed to go down to the restaurant Si Señor PS most of all no hairdryer on a crazy humidity 99 100% we need a hairdryer other than that the staff was excellent. The front desk was awesome. We had a great time. Would like...

「The hotel room view very nice ,u can hear the natural voice~ sea and bird. The restaurant also good , can try the mexico food ,and the staff very friendly to recommend the food & good service. One more, i should thank you the recepcion men~Fernando Rodriguez again in here. Autully i only stay one night at this hotel, and other 3day i stay at other hotel, and my fd leave the iphone charge in the room, he is a good guy. He was send the charge to our hotel by himself.
