「A really good hotel in a great location. Everything was very clean, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the rooms were cosy and comfortable. We stayed on the 5th floor and couldn’t hear any noise from other rooms or outside, which made for a very peaceful stay. Overall, a super hotel and we would definitely stay here again.」

「we can hardly walk within the room after opening the luggage. beware of no lift. and note that the location is between old town & kazimierz (nearer to the latter), it take abt 20 mins walk to old town. one female reception staff is nice and helpful.」

「Well located and well maintained hotel. Nice & clean bedsheet, nice hot shower. However, the reception was not super helpful and there's no place for a coffee with visitors between 10am to 11am (breakfast closed at 10am, and bar will only open at 11am). 」
