「Fantastic historic building with charm on every floor. Elevator may not be suitable for all but we did fit two people and 2 lg, 2sm pieces of luggage in it. Reception was wonderful in terms of recommendations and can put you in touch with their driver given a day's notice.」

「we can hardly walk within the room after opening the luggage. beware of no lift. and note that the location is between old town & kazimierz (nearer to the latter), it take abt 20 mins walk to old town. one female reception staff is nice and helpful.」

「Well located and well maintained hotel. Nice & clean bedsheet, nice hot shower. However, the reception was not super helpful and there's no place for a coffee with visitors between 10am to 11am (breakfast closed at 10am, and bar will only open at 11am). 」
