Very nice and helpful staff. Spacious room and bathroom. Hotel is close (walkable) to many areas in the city center- very convenient. And 10 minute walk to train station.

Despite the breakfast room being bustling with guests, Gabrielle remained a pillar of poise and professionalism. Always smiling, never flustered, she ensured every guest felt attended to with care and genuine warmth. Her dedication made mornings something to look forward to.

An unexpected amazing experience. Starting with the online booking, being on our way to Europa-Park (2 adults +2 kids), everything was spot on. Although we've arrived late after midnight, we have been immediately accommodated by very nice, multilingual and knowledgeable staff. The rooms are very welcoming and spotless clean. The breakfast is attended by a "Turbo" lady which was filling in the buffet and will never let you wait or ask for something. The room was spacious and airy, with a gorgeous view. It was quiet at night. We enjoyed the breakfast bar and in the evening would come back from dinner and sit outside along the river at the restaurant bar. It was magical. The staff was very friendly and accomodating.
