I understand that they are not responsible for the condition or management of the property. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was not in a condition I consider acceptable for a family stay. The property is undergoing renovations, and we were informed that bathrooms/WCs were not available as expected. There was also no Wi-Fi available at the hotel, despite Expedia listing free...

「La patronne possède plusieurs maisons et celle pour la quelle j'ai réservé était fermé. J'ai du faire 15 km pour aller chez elle et le lendemain pas de petit déjeuner. Déçu」

「Propriétaire jamais présent, reception qui sait pas quelle chambre vous donner donc faut attendre les propriétaire. Accueille pas chaleureuse, clef de chambre la meme pour toute !」

「Absolutely amazing place and incredible hosts. We had a brilliant stay, the room and chateau were beautiful, finished to a very high standard. Breakfast was delicious and the renovations that are being completed are very exciting. The pin ball machine collection in the basement was such a great surprise! And fun! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend 」
