Open 24/7 and staff present even at 4am. If you book using hotels.com make sure to check your email to access the code to login on the outside placed computer. This way you get your access code. The hotel is a bit outdated and the ‘self cleaning’ toilets and showers are not self cleaning anymore. They could be cleaned more thoroughly.

2/10 — Not suitable for a family stay The staff were polite and tried to help, so this review is not about the employees. I understand that they are not responsible for the condition or management of the property. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was not in a condition I consider acceptable for a family stay. The property is undergoing renovations, and we were informed that bathrooms/WCs were not available as expected. There was also no Wi-Fi available at the hotel, despite Expedia listing free Wi-Fi in the rooms, and when we asked for towels, they were not available. We were traveling with our family and had to find another hotel nearby because we could not reasonably stay under these conditions. This resulted in additional expense and considerable inconvenience. The biggest issue is that the current condition of the property is not adequately communicated when booking. The Expedia listing presents a normal hotel experience, while the actual situation is very different. I hope the renovation is eventually completed, but honestly, based on the condition of the property and the number of recent reviews mentioning the same problems, I would not recommend this hotel to families at this time. To be fair to the staff: they were not the problem. The condition and management of the property were.

Un hôtel insalubre et personne pour faire remonter l'info et être capable de me remboursé! J'ai réservé cet hôtel pour un rdv professionnel le Lundi 8 Juin au matin. Arrivée sur place a 23h, l'hôtel n'est pas du tout dans l'état des photos, en rentrant dedans je découvre une affiche indiquant qu'il y a des travaux et que les sanitaires ne sont pas disponibles dans les chambres. On me parle de sanitaires de pallier "normalement propre" et attention en rentrant dans la chambre; UN CAFARD le dessous du lit était immonde, un amas de saletés avec au milieu un cafard bien vivant qui galopait dans la chambre obligée de quitter l'hôtel et de retrouver une chambre ailleurs dans un logement SALUBRE. L'hôtel F1 refuse de me rembourser et hotel.com me propose seulement un bon de 25€, même pas une seule nuit d'hôtel en France. une honte!

Arrivée sur place une chambre pour 2 personnes, menage pas fait, sommier et miroir cassées ainsi que la fenêtre, en + pas de linge de toilettes et salle de bain et toilettes pur tous très sales, les travaux n excuses pas tout, depeuner offert mais de mauvais cœur car changements de. Chambres à été faite mais ça reste hygieniquement parlant horrible, cacao coupé a l eau.. Personnel difficiles et pas très agréables.. Je déconseille cet hôtel car le lendemain ça a été un enfer pour faire des papiers très serieu.. Mal dormie.. o'excuses pas tout

Hotel kost maar 40 euro per nacht maar dat wil niet zeggen dat de staat van het sanitair erbarmelijk mag zijn. Echt niet meer van deze tijd! Men was aan het verbouwen maar dan noch! Sluit de zaak dan tot na de verbouwing!

Hôtel à fuir

Hôtel sale, en rénovation, plus de cloisons, traces d’humidité, plancher très bruyant, sanitaires mal entretenus, hôtel mal fréquenté… J’ai été piqué par des petites bêtes dans ma chambre. Des quignons de pain au petit déjeuner… J’ai failli aller dormir dans ma voiture. Plus jamais cet hôtel, une honte même pour un hôtel F1! Groupe Accor, marchand de sommeil. À fuir!!!
