「Hotel is close to tourist spots in the city and everything is within walking distance. Staff are very patient and accommodating to requests. One of the best hotel in Asuncion. Will definitely be booking in this hotel in the future.」

「Stayed here for 3 nights. I have mix feelings about this hotel. The lobby was nice, had high hopes that the room would be good from what the looby looks like. The room grew on me though. The shower heads needs replacing so badly, very old and lime scale, but it works. The bed was so so comfortable. The bedsheets and towels smell lovely. So well done to the laudry people! The staff were lovely. The breakfast was just ok. Swimming pool is good especially with the very hot weather.」

Sie haben argumentiert, dass sie keine Bestätigung vom Hotels.com bekommen hätten. Dann müssten wir uns darum kümmern. Wir saßen vier Stundenlang mit schlechtem WiFi in der nicht klimatisierten Lobby und haben versucht den Kundenservice vom Hotels.com - wegen der Zeitverschiebung - in den USA zu kontaktieren. Ein sehr hilfreich...

「The staff & rooms were really good. The majority letdowns were the amount of mold in the showers, the indoor pool looked very dirty & outdoor pool was missing shades above the chairs」

「O hotel está MUITO velho, a manutenção é muito ruim. As pessoas são gentis e atenciosas, o café da manha é regular. O preço foi MUITO caro pelo que o hotel oferece. A localização é interessante. Longe da região de Ciudad del Est conHecida dos brasileiros. Viajar até o hotel nos permitiu conhecer parte moderna , limpa e bonita de Ciudad del Lest. 」

「O atendimento foi excelente e o conforto do quarto e das dependências do hotel são muito boas. A manutenção do banheiro não estava legal: chuveiro ruim, espalhando água para todos os lados; e vaso sanitário e pia entupidos… com pouca vazão de água. Comida boa.」
