「Sanma Hotel was great, the attention was top notch, we received water as courtesy all the time, good options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Spa is great, you can relax and enjoy the hotel. It is fairly close to Brazilian side of the Iguazu falls, so it is very convenient. Also there’s a dedicated person to provide tours to other parts of the town and the Argentinian side of the Falls. 「Attitute of frontdesk (at least 2 of them I had dealing with) was indifferent, everyone else is fine, bartenders, cleaners and the travel agent. Equipments were not quite completed so do remember to bring your own toiletries. Except for toothbrush and toothpaste(which is fine with me), there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room either. Soap and towel are all you can have in the bathroom. 」
