"Epacha could be used as an African Lodge in a movie set. Our accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The reception/dining area was enormous with plenty of elegant touches. The staff were as helpful and attentive as they could be. I highly recommend it. Visitors should be aware, though, that Epacha is some distance from Etosha - around 50 kilometres from the Anderson Gate. "

"Die beste Unterkunft unseres Namibiaurlaubs. Marianna und Piet waren sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die alles für das Wohlergehen meiner Freundin und mir gegeben haben. Das inkludierte Frühstück und Abendessen fiel sehr reichhaltig aus und war absolut lecker (ihr solltet nach dem Kürbis in Zucker fragen!!!). Das Gasthaus ist eine Oase in der zur Zeit sehr trockenen Gegend, die voller Charme und Erinnerungen steckt. Für Exkursionen jeglicher Art kann ebenfalls gesorgt werden."

"Very interesting to learn all about the culture, see the women working in traditional ways, and try out the millet processing. I also enjoyed the traditional food and the singing and dancing. I didn’t like that we were not told the cost of the tour, and the European food was not very good."

"Prices and quality of food was terrible. There wasn’t a thing on the menu that I could recommend. The local chicken cost 250 Dollars and was as tough as a Bata tackie. Unnecessary charges were levied like having my meal brought to my room because I was the only person in th restaurant. Had to move from the bar to the courtyard / dining room with plastic chairs and tables to eat from. Very over priced facility for its badly sign posted position. Stay away is my advice...."
