「Not many options for breakfast」

「After traveling all day we got to the Hillcrest only to find out they did not have all of our rooms. They tried to get us to share the room they had. No phone call to let us know ahead of time. No help in finding us another room. Their thought was that I reserved 4 rooms and they only had 3, that I should still take the 3 rooms because I reserved them. We ended up at going back north to a hotel we passed 30 miles before. Very unhappy that Expedia would even list this property.」

「The bed was very hard & very small. The room was also pretty small. The room was super cold & then in the middle of the night it got very hot. There was a bad odor coming from the bathroom, also. It didn’t have a fridge in it, but there was one in the hallway that ppl could share. It was quiet there & there was a nice view of the river across the street with places to sit.」

「Not very clean room, weird stain on lamps, no fan in the bathroom, weird smell in room. Overall not a good stay.」

「There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. Instead, check-in was handled through a screen by a virtual representative who appeared to be located in another country. I was asked to provide my government-issued ID through this system, which is my main concern. Why does my ID need to be sent to another country? Who receives it, where is it stored, and who has access to it? Why can’t a staff member physically present at the hotel verify my ID? During check-in, the virtual representative...

「前台服務人員親切有禮，設想周到」

「房间老旧，其实就是民宿。早餐极为普通」

「If you wish to stay here please understand our experience before booking. When we pulled on the parking lot it was almost void of cars, usually a bad sign. The gentleman at the front desk was very courteous and helpful but the AC was struggling to keep it cool (understandable since it was close to 100 degrees outside and this place has many windows. It was rundown BUT you could tell they were trying to bring it back to life. The pool was down for renovation and there was no breakfast. The room...

「The thermostat did not work in the room and it was 80 degrees. They could not get it fixed, so we spent the night with the window open listening to the highway and airport and smelling people smoking outside. Miserable. Of course can't discount because I purchased through expedia.」

「The manager is very nice and helpful」

「Hotel staff are very nice, but unknown people use master key to open the door around 1AM and then close the door, my colleague is a girl, she is scared all night long, I have reported this to staff.」

「Room was ok. No microwave available anywhere in hotel. Shower was not draining well. Ankle deep water. Told desk who seemed unconcerned. Problem never fixed. Otherwise ok. Casino was nice. Food at bar/grille was good.」
