「We arrived very early and they gladly let us check in. Property is at the base of the castle and a very short walk. The staff was wonderful and very helpfull. The landscaping/gardens are beautiful. This is a great property and you won’t be disappointed 」

「Very good location, all staff are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and nice . I left a handbag on the chair in the bar, they help me to keep the bag and try to return to me. Th e car park is not in the hotel , you have to park the car in their parking lot, and call them come to take yr luggage and you walk 2 mins to the hotel.」

「The staffs at the front desk are very professional and friendly. Their service is of top quality. The room is bright, clean and well furnished. It's very comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the river view from the balcany. A small problem is that Hotels.com writes parking at €15/night, but the hotel said that was last year's price. They charged us €20 for parking instead. We've reminded them to inform Hotels.com to update this information. As parking fee may affect one's choice of...

「I was a bit skeptical as the reception desk is cluttered with trinkets but once you walk past reception you are in a beautiful oasis in the middle of a large and bustling city. The room and hotel itself had lots of historical charm and the gardens and restaurant were fantastic. Clear to see why Michelin awarded a star to this little gem.」
