「Avoid at all costs. A false four star hotel, more of a capsule style one to two stars hotel, with inefficient disinterested staff and damaged rooms. Non functional check on computers, a small first come first serve basis shuttle not recommended by the staff and unreliable check in time, kept waiting in the lobby for 6 hours in the lobby until a room was finally made available after four queries and a complaint after the check in time. I would have been kept waiting another thirty minutes af...

「Went as a solo traveller for 2 nights. Had a great stay, helpful staff, lovely breakfast and very clean. A bit out of the way, but there is a bus stop just outside and within 10 minutes you are at the train station and 5 minutes later at the lake front. Highly recommend.」

「Nice hotel, however sitting having breakfast when half a bucket of water fell from The first floor balcony (presumably from the cleaner cleaning) all over me and the floor. When i told the staff, they couldn't have given less of a damn - dont sit under the awning unless you want another shower」

Com pour trouver une solution qui m a été donné mais deux heures bloqué sur le parking de l’auberge pour trouver une solution avec hôtel.com 」
