「Piccolo hotel nel centro storico, a pochi passi dal castello. Camera molto confortevole, con terrazzino e vista sul castello e sul lago. Facile possibilità di parcheggio nella piazza antistante. La struttura ospita anche un ristorante di qualità, consigliabile per la cena, in una sala tranquilla e gradevole. Nella stessa sala è servita la colazione, ben assortita e di grande soddisfazione. Prezzo adeguato, tenendo conto che ci si trova nella costosa Svizzera. 」

「This is a well placed hotel in the middle of the town a short walk to the lake and about 10 minutes on foot from the railway station, much of it on a pedestrianised road. Système auberge de jeunesse avec une cuisine partagée très utile et bien organisée. Pas de clim mais ventilateur à disposition. Bémols personnels , matelas trop mou et les suisses se lèvent très tôt pour nous vacanciers...」

「Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean although bit small by usa standards. No room safe, and bathroom lacked shelf space and clothes/towel hooks-but not deal breaker. Area is nice and convenient to tram, which hotel provided free electronic passes for, which then let us have easy access to shopping, dining, and the train station. 」
