「Superb location beside the old town with a 5 minute walk to The Stone Bridge or just wander through the cobbled streets. Roof-top bar had wonderful views over the city although the pool was closed being March only. Room size was fantastic with a bath and shower. Breakfast was well presented with a full selection of hot and cold dishes. Would highly recommend and would return. 」

「Stay clear! Face value a good hotel centrally located with free parking in a city without any parking space. In fact very noisy, very poor cleaning. Upon (early) check-in given single room with dirty toilet bowl and showerbasin. Was upgraded to doubleroom with equally dirty bathroom and a completely loose faucet and a towel shelf that fell down on me.」

「This hotel was very dirty and stinky. We have travelled all over the world and understand that a 5 star hotel means different things in different countries, but this hotel was just nasty. Maybe it was a 5 star hotel 50 years ago, but not any more. We did stay over night because we had nowhere else to go and got out of there in the morning. The hotel refused to give us a refund for the remaining nights, claiming they have a strict cancellation policy. I just wanted to show my Canadian husband...
