"Clean room with the exception of a sticky spot on the floor that was skipped when mopping. Obviously the floor was not mopped near the closet. Staff was great, exception with the young lady at the front desk who checked me in. I had to wait at least 20 min for her to finish a conversation. Finally, another person told the 2 that they need to move because I was waiting. The person who was talking to staff apologized but the staff gave me attitude. Bad vibes! It was her friend that told her to move out of the way so I could be helped. Happy I did not see her the remainder of my stay. Bed was very comfortable, AC worked well. I recommend this location if you are not staying downtown ATL. Love the fact I could walk across the street to Stonecrest Mall. "

"The hotel itself is nice but I did have a problem getting my room cleaned. Then a wonderful housekeeper named Rosa came in and did a fabulous job!! Also Ms.Angela at the front desk was exceptional!!"

"Yeah in the room from previous guest I assume. Elevators, walls, doors, carpets, all utterly disgusting. Pics are lies, there much less breakfast than shown and it's so bad. Week old sausage. One breakfast lady just rude. Good water pressure. The quest pillows and beds are EXTREMELY old. Not sure where ask the good reviews are coming from it if people have extremely low standards or friends of workers. "

"Stayed here a few years ago and it was very well kept and a great experience. Now there must be new ownership. This time the front desk staff was not as welcoming and the room was worn and not clean like the last. Price was up. Stains on carpet and headboard along with the floor feeling sticky and dirty was what took us away the most. We will try elsewhere and stop recommending this place. All in all, if you’re not picky about cleanliness, it’s an ok stop when you’re heading south and want to get past the ATL mornings. "

"This is my go to hotel when I am in town. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and it’s in a prime location. It is located near multiple restaurants, shopping options and various activities. Plus the coffee is always fresh. "
