「This was by far the best I have stayed at. The staff was amazing. My kids loved their breakfast. I will definitely use this hotel again if I stay in Nacogdoches.」

「😄」

「Great breakfast. And friendly staff. Room was a little tight w king bed in it. Parking was a problem with repair and construction crews all staying there w bucket trucks and all the company trucks. They should’ve parked some of those up front so other room holders could park at their rooms.」

「weird smell」

「Great」

「The property has charm, but because we were traveling with an older relative, the constant uneven transitions between rooms was worrisome. Parking was a hassle in the backyard because the gate was not in good repair and there was no keyless entry for the backdoor. You had to go around the house to the front door to let yourself in, even though you had to park in the back. I also found it tacky that the conversations with the management team consistently centered on additional fees, ie....

「It started with..we cannot find your reservation, and ended with me praying for the morning to come. Old, filthy and breakfast bar had the potential for a typhoid outbreak. Trust me, when I say, ten extra dollars to stay somewhere else is worth it.」
